Patricia Sadar, SPHR, CHRE, MBA Managing Partner Graduating from Nova Southeastern University, Patricia obtained both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Business Administration. She is an adjunct professor in the Masters Program at Florida International University School of Hospitality Management, and has instructed Human Resource programs with the Educational Institute. Her key areas of expertise include strategic planning and organizational design, as well as analysis and policy development. Patricia is a founding partner of People2Strategy, with over 20 years of operational management experience in the premium service industry. Her experience includes senior level human resource leadership roles with international, public, private, profit and non-profit organizations. She specializes in the design and execution of integrated solutions for optimal individual, group and organizational performance.
